Issue: Front End violent DEATH WOBBLE at interstate [XXX] speed of 75mph on [XXX] outside Benson AZ (unexpected and harsh). Hit rough patch in road and steering wheel and front end violently shook side to side for about 5 minutes until I slowed to below 50mph. Almost crashed into other cars but I regained control at a slower speed and had no accident. Vehicle purchased on [XXX] new. Slow 45mph initial test drive had no wobble. Dealer attempted to repair on 2 occasions in June 2024 but could not guarantee it fixed. They bled and primed its newer dampener which was empty/never primed. Supposedly it was the newer upgraded steering dampener that was to have fixed this issue but did not fix it. Had 3 more minor wobbles after Dealer fixes on the next 3 weekends driving on [XXX] at 70MPH but these were less intense and manageable (did not scare me so much as I was expecting them), Now I locally drive it with no major issues. Will have Dealer review at the next 5000 mile service. This Death Wobble should NOT be in a $58000 Jeep Sahara. Very scary. Dealer confirmed issue, but applied no permanent fix. Said to drive under 75MPH and be aware of the front beam axle feelings. No messages or warnings before, during or afterwards. The wobbles catch you by surprise. After these experiences I can drive it okay. I have owned over 10 Jeeps and none had this wobble issue. If informed about this Sahara's wobble, I would not have bought it. Dealer made no effort to replace vehicle or refund my money. So I am stuck. The Jeep forums mention this being an issue for 2024 saharas and some 4Xe jeeps.
