The contact owns a 2023 Jeep Wrangler 4XE. The contact stated while driving at various speeds, the battery failed to maintain the charge. The contact sustained minor cuts due to an interior metal chrome lining that had deteriorated. No medical attention was sought. The local dealer was contacted; however, no assistance was provided. The contact was advised to park the vehicle away from buildings and other vehicles. The contact was made aware of NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V720000 (Electrical System).
