Paint spots almost days after I drove it off the lot.

rust under chrome accents on doors

Bought brand new and is showing signs of rust bleeding thru and under the chrome accent pieces that are on all 4 doors. There are 4 spots per door where the white paint is turning rust colored. Will wipe off with a clay bar but for a $39,XXX vehicle and under 5,000 miles this doesn't seem right to me. Brought to dealer and said he would take pictures and get back to me. No phone call back.
