From day one with car, had wind noise from driver's side front door. It sounds like window open about 1/8 of inch. Return to dealer 5 times, no fix. The last time was told to return to dealer by Sam [949-468-1194} from KIA headquarters. He stated they had a fix for car. I made an appointment and went to dealer, service manger said Sam had called and they gave me a rental car and had no idea how long the fix would take.
A few hours later the dealer called and said they had no fix. A few days later Sam called back from Kia and stated this is just the way the Cadenza is. I ask to speak to his manager and he said the manager would call me back. Two weeks later, still no call.
