The contact owns a 2015 Kia Cadenza. After inclement weather, the contact noticed water in the trunk of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for diagnostic testing, but the details of the diagnosis could not be provided. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
