The contact was referred to her primary physician, where an MRI was provided, and it was determined that there was a rip in her shoulder.?The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed. that the vehicle was operating as designed. The vehicle was not repaired.?The manufacturer was notified of the failure and sent a field tech expert to inspect the vehicle. The expert determined that the vehicle was operating as designed.?The approximate failure mileage was 42,581.
