The first time I meet the problem was in 3rd June. I found the car can't start engine, I thought may be it's battery problem, I borrowed battery of another car to start engine. but next day, the same problem happened. I went to Kia service(in the Rehab resident area), they checked the car, they said everything was ok except radio didn't work, they recommend me to go to another Kia service (about 24km far from my house). I went there at 9th June, the receptionist told me they can't fix the radio issue. So I thought the car couldn't start because of the defect of radio. I told them please cut off the radio , at least I can use the car. They did it and recommend me to go to another Kia service to repair the radio . After that the car works fine except radio malfunction. in the 12th of June, I went to the Kia service (70km far from my place). the engineer told me wait 2 hours and feedback. I waited serval hours, and Kia service told me, the radio couldn't be replaced and fixed until Kia HQ reply, it would take 2 weeks. Before I left, I double confirmed with engineer, just be sure my car can be started, for the radio, I can wait. they said ok. however , when I wanted to drive in 13th June, the problem happened again, just you see the video I shared. Even the car door can't lock. you see, this is the service of Kia in Cairo Egypt. my premium Cerato is under the risk of stolen, but Kia guys is sleeping. I really choose the wrong make. Hope my car can be fixed ASAP. thank god.

Update from Jun 13, 2018 I went to one Kia service to unplug the radio cable, so that I can use the car in this eid holiday. it cost 250le. I really regret to buy this car. please help solve it ,please.
