If I am going 60 mph or faster (highway driving) and hit a bump (doesn't matter how big or small) or go over a hill (doesn't matter how big or small)doesn't matter if the cruise control is set or not the car will decelerate and will not let me accelerate until the traction control is turned off. This happens in all weather conditions not just when roads are wet
