2012 Kia forte keeps popping my tail and brake light out, getting tired of replacing, it could be a safety and fire hazard.

I bought a 2012 KIA Forte Ex hatch back in Feb 2014. I had it for a few weeks when the radio, auxiliary outlets, and light outlets, all lost power. Fuses are fine. So I called dealer who informed me it would cost me to bring it in and if it needed an all new radio the radio alone would be $400. The window rolls down when ever it wants and now I cant use any of my steering wheel controls or get my CD out of the CD player. This KIA was the biggest purchase mistake I have ever made!!!!!!!!!!!!!
