I bought the car two weeks ago, and a couple of days after I bought it the brakes started the growling noise. Took it back to the place I bought it.....and they say they put new brakes on it, and now new brake pads. They say they have turned the rotors, but noise still persists. They say it will fix itself. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS CAR. The car I had before this a 2001 Ford Taurus the brakes never sounded this bad.

I took the car to a KIA dealership and the guy there said it was the rotors and they needed to be replaced but of course they are not covered on the manufactures warranty. To add insult to injury I purchased the extended warranty thinking that if anything went wrong I would be covered, yeah right. I know that this issue will not fix itself and I am running out of people that will fix this problem.....I am putting the question out there: does anyone know what the problem is??

Noise in the front right brakes and I went the agency several times. First they told me no problem when you come to make the service, we will fix it, but they didn't. Last time they make it and I paid 12Kd = 36 USD, but after fixing it, two weeks, the noise come back again.
