For most car owners a brand new car is not a worry but I bought this one, the one f*ng lemon the 2017 Kia Forte run! It has been a nightmare since I drove it off the lot. My car cost $16,000 plus interest. That price includes the f*ing radio that works Intermittently and Kia won't fix a problem that they can't duplicate.
I thought this was going to be the next great 8 plus years of worry free car ownership. But this 2017 Kia Forte has been a living nightmare. And I am scared of scary movies. Kia service department has had my car several Times and once they gave it back to me not working the exact reason I took it in for service. How trained and thoroughly efficient are the technicians that Kia is letting work on consumers car not capable of doing the f***ing job.
I went back into tjs service department and got a service technician to check the problem since they gave me a car with a non operable radio after calling themselves working on the radio. The technician couldn't get the Sirrius XM start up issue to restart nor any of the basic radio channels to put out any sound. So they kept my car for three more day and couldn't duplicate the issue told me to come get the car because they can't duplicate problem. How is the radio turned off on a car that you are working on the radio on and you don't know that it's not working before you give it back to the customer. Kia #2 in JD Powers !
