First noticed jitters and rough shifting in low gears, after a pressure test was done on both clutch's being a DCT one was wearing prematurely. Brought in to Kia dealer and they did a re-program (not sure how that solves a worn clutch at this point) the previous times I had brought it in they said it was a trait of the dual clutch transmission.
This time they said if it does it again to bring it back and they would send off again in meantime I've done research and lots of Kia and Hyundai DCT are being replaced completely, They have deemed my car "normal operation" however a rough shift any temperature is not normal when it didn't do that the first two years and the way I see it is that my car is off warranty in 10,000kms so why bother covering it under that when they can wait till I have to pay full pop. I'll just get rid of it instead but another way Kia has refused to fix my vehicles under Warranty while being a legitimate issue.
