Optima LX

  • Automatic transmission

I took my KIA to the dealership. No-one in the KIA service. Service performed in the BMW service center. Air condition not working, had a funny smell. The BMW people were very pleasant. It took a while, but they got my air working. Less than a month later, air not working again, but now I can hear a scraping metal sound. This KIA is a problem. I have a feeling, all they did was put some of that freeze stuff in it. This issue still not resolved.

  1. To the Korean, please teach your service center's personnel in Penang, Malaysia how to serve their customers adequately,so they will be more customer oriented.

    2. Your KIA Optima K5, which I bought in July,2013 was excellent in performance. I love that busy steering but I'm scared when your new NU engine produces strange sounds like a loose parts.

    3. I had explained the problem (No 2. above) to your service center personnel, but they were like dumb and deaf.

    4. I love your cars and KPOP but I really hate the way you treat my complaint!

    5. Call me in Penang, Malaysia - +60124500501 ... before kick more asses.
