My 2013 Kia Optima LX gets worse gas mileage than the ones included in the reimbursement program. I don't even get 20 mpg around town. My window sticker when I bought the car with 8 miles on it said 24 mpg around town and 35 highway. I get better mileage on freeway ...about 32. Kia had no answer for me except to send me to a website on how to get better mileage. I never drive fast or like a maniac and for them to insinuate that it's my driving that is the reason for the bad mileage is absurd. So while other Kia owners are getting reimbursed for not getting like one or 2 miles per gallon less than stated , I can't do anything. I'm getting at least 4 mpg less than stated and Kia simply said Sorry there's nothing I can do. I have kept records of the gas mileage ever time I have filled my tank and not once has it ever met their criteria stated. Kias suck and the company does not stand by their word.
