I was driving down a neighborhood street and the car stalled out and died. I got pulled over and turned the ignition off. I looked under the hood and saw nothing weird, battery cables were tight, no leaks. I restarted the car and the check engine light was on. After a few minutes of driving, the light went off and the car seemed to be fine. I chalked it up to a random gremlin and it didn't happen for about 2 weeks. Fast forward 2 years and the car is still messing up. I had it diagnosed and was told that the high pressure fuel pump was losing prime.
