My car is now back in the shop because it is still hesitating and I rarely drive the car. I'm ready to pull my hair out.

Every time I start my car, put it into Drive and apply the gas, the engine shakes (seen elsewhere as Transmission Shuttering). Once I get it up to speed, the issue goes away. Multiple mechanics have duplicated this issue. My favorite mechanic replaced the coil packs and spark plugs and cleaned the throttle body. The hesitation/"transmission shuttering" ended for about a month and then returned. I called my mechanic and he suggested trying to put a can of Sea Foam in gas tank right after filling up the tank with gas. I have done this once a month and it has made the issue more intermittent. I religiously add Sea Foam on the first of the month now in order to try to get this vehicle to last. I get about 33 mpg during about a 40-minute commute and with the price of new and used cars today - the last thing I need is a high-priced vehicle after having recently having paid this one off (after five years).
I believe that this transmission shuttering issue warrants a recall.
Also, both rear windows will not go up or down with the typical window switch. I will account for this issue separately, but the replacement of the window motor/regulator assembly, plus labor, is really expensive (~$800 for parts and add labor of one hour per door).
