Rio LX

  • Automatic transmission
  • 25,000 miles

My AC broke again for the second time within a few months of having it recharged at the dealership. I had to leave it overnight, but they wouldn't give me a rental car unless I paid $600 for the 30,000 mile service before it was even at that mileage.

The dealership could not find a problem with the AC even though there was obviously some sort of leak that would drain the fluid. The first Kia dealership wouldn't even give me an appointment for warranty work. The second dealership would, but it was 40 minutes away so I had to put it off for a long time because of work.
