I was always told KIA stands by their product with a 10 year/100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty only to find this is "limited". I am a single female and this was my 1st car I have ever purchased and thought I was safe because I had not reached the 100,000 miles "bumper to bumper" warranty. I have taken my car to the dealer for all of its service and was never informed of any problem with the steering. I drive it and did not run over anything that would have caused damage to the steering so I was very surprised when I was told what the problem was. I also don't like the fact that you have to pay a separate diagnostic charge ($99) for each thing you want checked while your car is in the same service bay...I was also having trouble with my air conditioning. That's right $200 just to tell me what's "wrong" with their product.
