Because of some heavy rain the car stuck totally. There's no moving forwards or backwards, the steering wheel is very heavy - almost stuck, although this is considered a brand new car with 12000 kms covered only.

It is bit a delicate design to move all the time without any rain. Which country is without rain? Can we go there to enjoy the car?
