When I wash my front windshield with the washer fluid or use glass cleaner, it does not dry clear, you see streaks and spots and the rain also causes spots; and it creates a glare when the sun hits my windshield. I have tried numerous cleaners but to no avail! I look through a spotted cloudy windshield. I bought my car in May 2019, and have only used the manufacturer windshield fluid that came with the car. I used windex glass cleaner in hopes of solving the problem. When I tried to clean it at a gas station, using their mixture at the pump, it left water-streaks! One day ago, my neighbor's car ran hot, he took off the top and it exploded all over my car and 2 other cars. Now, I have white spots that won't come off the windshield!!! This is a hazard! I went through a car wash, and I also hand washed it but after drying the droplets appear again!

Anybody else have this problem or should I contact the manufacturer?
