Rondo EX V6

While driving stopped at a light and the seat belt unlatched on its on when I know it was locked, and when I got to my destination the seat belt was jammed, I could not get out of my seat belt, I was stuck in my seat belt for 20 mins. This was the driver seat belt, and the back seat seat belt had also got stuck a year ago. This is a major issue and can cause deaths, there needs to be a recall before a death takes place.

I have realized that there has been problems with Kia's seat belts malfunctions in the past, when I called the dealership service dept I was told that it would be my responsibility to get this fixed. I think this is ridiculous. I was looking to purchase a Kia Optima this coming year, I would never purchase another Kia again. I am just so upset because there was a past issue with the KIA Sephora due to the KIA seat belts, obviously these cars are made cheaply and they don't care about the consumer. BEWARE THERE IS A MALFUNCTION WITH THE KIA SEAT BELTS.
