Rondo has intermittent hard up and down shifting. It feels like your rear ended by a truck. Have brought to dealer with complaints, but on several occasions. each time was told if they look at it and it doesn't act up for them I will be charged for there time (common bully tactic). Being an intermittent problem I am reluctant to have them pursue it and getting a large bill for it not happening while in there possession. I have inquired about programming updates as well but get brushed off by service. Seems like they don't want to do anything warranty related.
