The contact owns a 2004 Kia Sedona. When making turns she can hear a clinging noise in the steering column. Also she experienced difficultly steering. The vehicle was taken to the dealership for inspection. She was advised that the intermediate shaft binding needed to be replaced. The current and failure mileages were 50000.
