This vehicle hasn't reached 90 k miles and the motor already stopped working.
From one moment to the other, I hadn't used it for a month because I traveled. When I came back I turn it on to see a big cloud of black smoke come out from the exhaust.
The dealer ship says it's my fault because I hadn't done the oil change right and it wasn't done on time.

We were experiencing problems with our 2015 Kia Sedona in the Summer & Fall of 2021. No notice of the oil pressure switch recall until the Winter… Jan 2022. By time we got it in for the recall work, the engine was knocking pretty severely. We had put $5 k into it (for another fix,) but Kia refused to replace the oil pressure switch in a car with an engine knock. A $9k van became a $500 trade in. How do we get in on a class action for this matter? (I know it’s now Jan 2024, …but we have been busy moving south & dealing w/ major health issues.)
