The Air Conditioning stops working occasionally. It will work fine for a while, then stop working for a while. It was a little low on coolant (but not much), so we added some. No change. Most of the time it works or is not needed, but it still goes out for 10-30 minutes at a time making for an uncomfortable ride on a warm day.

Fresh air vent will not stay closed. After about 5 minutes of driving, the vent will open up on its own. It only happens in the winter, never on a/c. When it's 10 degrees outside and it opens up, you freeze until you push the button to close it again.

In the winter of 2016 inside the cabin of this car would not warm up if the temperature was 15° and under. I would let it warm up before leaving the house. This was just the front heaters only working at the time you turn on the back heater and it would even get colder . Had taken it to the Kia dealers to complain and they couldn't find anything wrong with it but they did witness that it did not warm up inside before they pulled it into the garage. Went down to Kia twice . The second time they tried another Kia that was on the lot that had not been started and let it sit and warm up and it did the same thing too. If the temperature is above 20° it will warm up. I hope that someone else might have this problem so this issue gets taken care of .winter is coming up soon and I would like to be able to travel into a fairly warm car for the winter also I transport my grandchildren and I would like to have it warm in the cabin area for them too.
