Dealership would not diagnose the issue causing the rear window to not work, while I was in for an oil change. Now I have to drop the vehicle off at the dealership and leave it for the day for diagnosis. No dealers in the area offer loaner cars, so that's an issue as well.

Update from Sep 16, 2025: Window started working again on its own. Still working 15,000 miles later.
