EA00-018, turn signals and 4-ways flashers will not operate when vehicle's temperature is below 38-40 degrees. They will begin to work once vehicle or exterior warms up. Consumer has taken vehicle to dealer 5 times, and has replaced flasher switch twice. Also, flasher once, but defect keeps occurring.

Windshield wipers along with other saftey features on the vehicle are not functioning properly. Door locks become jammed from the inside and outside, and the signal lights are not visible from the outside of vehicle.
