Pulled handle to open door and heard mechanism fall apart inside of the door. As of today 3 of 4 doors have done the same. We called to get an estimate to fix at Kia. They said it would cost us $90. just for them to take a look at it.

I say this is a defective part issue and may require Kia making restitution. We cannot afford this and by reviewing the videos, we would not be able to repair them without knowledgeable assistance.

Any advice would help. Thank you.

Passenger side door handle broke. Now it just flops. Repair is easy..... If you are good at taking interior I trim off, and I am not. Took to local bodyshop, about $178 to fix.
