Received recall letter 04/08/2020, and I took it in to dealer, where they said they did not have to fix the problem. Waited 2 months and took the letter back in, and was told the same thing. Waited 2 more months and called for an appointment. My car is running great 1 year later and $3900.00 later and (1 time to their insurance that cost them around $769. to fix the problem), 5 times to the service department (different dates).

I was told that they needed another $487.00 to fix the problem. When I told them I was not going to pay any more, they told me (really nasty) to get my car off their lot by Friday or else. Called my local tow truck and had them bring my car home. There was nothing wrong with my car when I took it in. Now it sits in my driveway broken, also they put a small rock in my break dust cover, so that now to drive it the poor thing squeals. April 8, 2022 will be 2 years that this has been going on. I am a great grand mother that has custody of my 5 year old great grand daughter. I really need my car.
