The contact owns a 2008 Kia Sorento. When starting the vehicle, a loud abnormal noise was heard. The contact scheduled a diagnostic appointment with bob moore Kia northwest (7340 northwest expy, Oklahoma city, ok 73132, (405) 720-3800) where it was diagnosed that the ignition switch needed to be repaired. The manufacturer was not notified. The failure mileage was 200,000.
