This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Kia dealer.
Picked up car, drove away, and it had a major pull to the right which I failed to notice on the quick test drive I took a few days before. Brought the Sorento back the next day and made them order me a new one at no cost. Dealership verified concern and was unable to fix after looking over and taking the tires off 20 times. New Sorento came in right from the factory a month or so later and pull was gone on new Sorento. Possible issue was on the first major batch of the 2011's.

Brought in our new 2011 Kia Sorrento to the dealer for steering problems. This for the second time , after owning the car for 3 weeks. Told the spring coils in the front end are defective and have to be replaced. A brand new car and with defevtive spring coils! Parts are on back order. This is a wide spread problem. Dealer manager said he never heard of this porblem with the 2011 Sorento. Yeah right.

The steering is touchy when you hit a rut or bump. It pulls you and jumps the crap out of you. Worse in the winter.
