The ride on Kia Sorrento 2011 is terrible Very rough ride . We put new struts and shocks and did not help ride is still just as bad . It was a waste of money. Miles when that was done was 8,600. I want to know if Kia will reimburse us and fix the problem?

My Kia began vibrating recently. At first it was at speeds of 50mph and up. I had an alignment, and tires rotated and balanced. After that it is shaking at speeds of 20-40mph. The repair shop checked an assortment of things but could not figure out the problem. Considering selling my Kia back because of this problem, and a problem with the key lock/unlock.
