Sorento 2.4L V4

  • Automatic transmission
  • 23,000 miles

Less than 23K mileage, still under 10 year's warranty, but dealer refuse to fix for "do not have any maintenance records that indicate the vehicle was properly maintained". The worst dealer and service I have ever had.

Sorento

  • Automatic transmission

It doesn't shift into gear. Took it to a mechanic but they don’t know how to fix it. I can’t stand it because I have been stuck places and didn’t know what to do.

Sorento EX 2.4L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 18,000 miles

I was driving my son to school one morning when I heard a loud bang. I though I had hit something in the road and looked in my rear view mirror but there was nothing. The car continued to drive but there was absolutely no power. I drove it to the dealership and they reported that it was the transmission. I had purchased this car new, babied it. They covered it and gave me a rental car to drive for 2 weeks while they did the repair.
