The driver side seat heater does not work .You press the switch to put on the heater all light goes on.The top light will start blinking.Two lower light stays on steady.The seat does not heat .Unable to shut switch light off by pressing the switch. Not until the car is shut off will light go out on the switch .Startup car and light will no longer be on. Please direct.
