Sorento LX 3.2L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 88,300 miles

I have owned my Kia Sorento v6 since October 2013. Every two years to the month, I have replaced the battery. Yes, 1 factory, on the third NAPA as of 9/9/2019. No warning. Just dead. Couldn't even charge a phone dead. Anyone else with this problem?

Been having electric problem for over a month now, battery was going bad but haven't had time to take it in (I have 2 young kids). Car died 6/16/14 and went took into the dealership, they said the battery warranty is only 24 months, and since mine died during the 25th month, it is not covered. Archer Kia in Houston is absolutely horrible. They won't check the computer/software freezing up all the time issue either. My husband was going to trade our Hyundai Elantra in for a new Optima at that dealer and have now pulled back. We will never buy another KIA ever again.
