I've had it to 2 Kia dealers including the dealer I bought it from and they won't even look at the problem. I had it looked at by a private mechanic and they said it needs repaired ASAP. The cost was going to be $2,000.00 ++ I purchased a second warranty from the dealer and that dealer is telling me it is my responsibility to call that warranty company. When I call that warranty company they ask to talk to the "mechanic at the dealership"...
This is dangerous; why do people have to get injured before car makers are made to repair bad craftsmanship? This also happened to Kia Sorento in 2011 and they did recall back then for the same issue.
