Rear door will not open but will click as if trying. Sometimes it opens, sometimes it doesn't. If you stand behind it, it will not open. Sometimes it will click as if it will open. Other times you can walk behind it, the door starts to click but will not open. Have taken it in to dealership, was told it was taken care of. The door was not communicating to the system. Left dealership and complained within a few days to Service Mgr. Was told the door was reset and no parts were installed. His service team did not communicate this to me; only said it was done and the system was reset. 2nd Appt for this problem next week. I don't get the inconsistency of open, closing and walking behind the door causing either action.
