problem #1

Sorento LX 3.2L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 67,000 miles

STARTED LOSING POWER AND HEARD WHINING SOUND. Went to dealer. they said they had a 169 dollar diagnostic fee. Car was there 3 days and they said it had no oil. Oil pressure light never came on. They said it took 3 hours to diagnose and were waiting to here back from Kia. We would have to have an oil change, oil flush and other stuff before they could fully diagnose problem and we first had to pay for this before we went further. Also because we were low on oil the car would not be covered under the warrantee, No oil light came on. we have changed oil regularly.. they say that that is not documented.

They also said there is no low oil pressure indicator light that goes on, that is wrong also. I feel like I am being ripped off and scammed
