After turning on headlights, got the orange "exclamation point in a triangle" warning on the dash. Found no working headlights, parking lights, or turn signals in the front. All rear lights worked, including the turn signals that are on the side mirrors. Searched extensively online for a solution with no luck. Dealer gave me a fusebox map and I could not find a matching fuse (BTW "IPL" stands for "Instrument Panel Lights".)
I went ahead and took it to the dealer. They said that it was definitely not a fuse and found a loose grounding wire that caused the problem. They charged me an hour of labor. I think it could have been done in half that time but they do a required "vehicle checkup" that takes some time. (I'm not a fan of this policy at my local dealer.)
FYI The fuse for the lights is "BT5 50 amp, BT3 60 amp", Engine room fuse box.
