WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER, THOUGH MANY OTHERS FACE SAME PROBLEM.

SOY BASED WIRING ATTRACTS RODENTS. I PAID $700 OUT OF POCKET TO FIX BUT THE SAME DEFECTIVE WIRING WAS RE-INSTALLED.

ONLY A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE IT ATTRACTS RODENTS BACK TO SAME PROBLEM.

I am sure that you are using soy based material to coat the wires. We have never had a problem with pack rats eating our wires before and have been here over 30 years.
