I bought the vehicle used. I did not know that there was a recall and class action that was never completed on the vehicle until it broke down, I have been trying to get it repaired because the class action states that mileage was not a factor because those engines warranty were extended. It first began with oil disappearing with no sign of a leak, one day it just stopped running. The shop where it was taken to informed me that it had a broken piston. I have been going between the dealer in Clarksville TN and Kia customer relation to get the problem taken care of so my grandson can have transportation to find work. The last time I spoke with customer relation , I was informed that there more information that was needed from the shop that had the vehicle. I was informed that it would be another 48 to 72 hours before they would have any more information for me that was 0392026. I am awaiting an answer.
