My 2019 Kia Sorento, now with roughly 4800 miles on it, has had the same reoccurring issue with the audio system (basic system not upgrade) constantly changing the speaker location from center to rear. Dealership was unable to recreate the issue (normal we think you are lying speech) and sent me on my way. The issue can occur anytime and is so intermittent that it would take an act of god for it to happen when the dealership has the car. But I have started to notice that the issue occurs more when you get off a phone call while connected to blue tooth but that is not on a regular basis of course so reproduction the issue is extremely hard. Now the newest issue with this same problem is that the volume will have adjusted to the rear but also the volume will be lower, meaning that the phone call started at volume 5 when I was listening to music and when I hang up it is no longer centered, volume still at 5 but sound level more like 2. Frustrating since this is a new car, and even more frustrating is this is my 6th Kia and even more frustrating than that is I went back to the dealership and purchased a 2019 Kia Soul. What was I thinking.
