This is a 2020 with the Lambda 2 engine. This car had performed great and then...seized.
This is the exact same problem KIA has had for years...
They extended grace to models 2017 and before..but even though their own data given to NHSTA ADMITS they still have problems with 2018, 2019, and 2020 models...they still won't cover!
This is unfair.
I get that they want to "limit their liability" and not give all 2018-2020 owners the NEW extended warranty ((15 years or 180k miles)) but I have contacted them 3 times now, including a certified letter, and they keep stonewalling me.

As my mechanic says...NEVER BUY A KIA.
