The contact owns a 2012 Kia Soul. The contact stated that while opening the sun roof, the button was depressed however, the sun roof stopped halfway opened. The button was depressed a second time and the sun roof opened completely. The vehicle was taken to casey Kia (11999 jefferson ave, newport news, va 23606, (757) 347-8247) however, was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 10.
