The contact owns a 2013 Kia Soul. While driving 5 mph, the radio shut off without warning. The dealer (heritage Toyota catonville, 6324 baltimore national pike, baltimore, md 21228) stated that the vehicle was out of warranty. The failure occurred several times. The manufacturer stated that since the vehicle was out of warranty, the repair would be at the contact's expense. The VIN was unknown. The failure mileage was 64,000.
