Until recently I have just had to deal with the brakes. I got to where when it rained I would start slowing down way before time just so I didn't make the brakes do the grinding thing. When it did do it I wouldn't be able to stop and it was like the ground was beating my brake pedal. It sounds like it was grinding the pavement itself. The last straw was when I almost rear ended someone because they stopped right in front of me and my car stopped at the last second. When going in for new brakes they said that my brakes were ate up and that more than likely the factory brakes hadn't lasted long at all. They recommended always changing the brakes from factory as soon as possible. I found it hard to believe and stayed in denial because the first time this happened was right after I got my car. That isn't suppose to happen with a new car right? Wrong.
