I am SO sick of this company! Take your car to a dealership, and I'm told that "corporate will not let us do anything to your car without a code popping up in their diagnostic machine".. There are MULTIPLE problems with this lemon of a car that I am still paying off, and I'm sent away with these problems still occurring. I think they purposely turn people away and don't fix problems until the warranty runs out, then hit you with all the costs. I suspect that as soon as I hit 60000 miles, they will "mysteriously" find the source of all of my complaints. This company needs to do a massive recall, it is dangerous to drive these cars. I have not driven the freeway in 2 years because I am afraid of what my car will do next. A car lurching on its own WHILE driving? Burning smells? Brake failure? It seems like someone has to get severely injured before anything is done by this company to serve their customers! I will be looking to start a class action lawsuit soon, this is ridiculous. I filed complaint at the BBB as well as contacted corporate AGAIN.......we will see if they address anything. I doubt it!
