IN OCTOBER OF 2015 I WAS LEAVING FOR WORK AN WITHIN 3 MINUTES THE ENTIRE CAR BEGAN SPITTING WATER OVER THE DASH BOARD AND THE WINDOWS AND WINDSHIELD DEVELOPED HEAVY MOISTURE THAT YOU COULD NOT SEE A HAND IN FRONT OF YOU LET ALONE ANOTHER VEHICLE. I ALMOST STRUCK A PARKED CAR WHEN I ABRUPTLY CAME TO A STOP.
THIS OCCURRED 3 TIMES ON MY WAY TO WORK A RIDE THAT TAKES 20 MINUTES TOOK ME OVER AN HOUR BECAUSE I HAD TO KEEP PULLING OFF THE ROAD. THAT AFTERNOON I WENT OUT FOR LUNCH AND AGAIN JUST DRIVING ACROSS THE STREET THIS HAPPENED AGAIN.
I CONTACTED KIA ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE AFTER SPEAKING WITH KIA CONSUMER AFFAIRS BECAUSE THEY SAID I SHOULD NOT BE DRIVING THIS VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO MY DEALER WHO CONTACTED ME THE NEXT DAY AN SAID.... YOUR CAR IS READY WE COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG WITH IT. IF WE CAN'T GET THE PROBLEM TO REOCCUR WE CAN'T FIX IT. I PICKED UP THE CAR ONLY TO HAVE THIS HAPPEN AGAIN.
ONCE AGAIN, TOWED IT BACK INTO THE SHOP AND GOT THE SAME ANSWER WE CAN'T GET IT TO REOCCUR. FRUSTRATED AND PISSED OFF I PICKED IT UP AN CONTACTED KIA CONSUMER AFFAIRS. THIS WENT ON FOR 3 MONTHS AND FINALLY AFTER THE THIRD TIME AND THEM REPEATING NOTHING WAS WRONG ITS ODD AND STRANGE THAT THIS HAS NOT OCCURRED SINCE. PAPERWORK DID NOT REFLECT THEY DID ANYTHING TO MY CAR SO MY QUESTION IS WHAT DID THEY DO? WHY WASN'T I TOLD? WHEN DO YOU THINK ABOUT THE CUSTOMER FIRST?
