Loved the vehicle until today. Am visiting family in another state and went to the local Walmart for groceries. Upon arriving back to the house my passenger noticed smoke coming from under the hood. We opened the hood and saw the fire. Luckily we were able to extinguish the fire. The biggest issue I am having is getting anyone at Kia (both the dealer and the local service area here at Kia in Fort Wayne) to assist me. Corporate isn't helping so much either. Everyone is passing the buck and if it wasn't for family I would be stranded. The vehicle is still under factory warranty plus I purchased the bumper to bumper warranty. WTF???????? Customer service yeah right. They (corporate) said I had to wait 2days for National to call me. In the meantime I have NO transportation.
