My complaint is the same as so many on this page, the car lost power on the busy 4 lane road. It lost power with cruise on, immediately turned off cruise, managed to get car to side road. It would not take off to get back on the road, finally got it to a friend's house and the catalytic convertor is bad and needs to be changed. According to the recalls my car does not have any recalls per VIN #, the owners manual states the emissions warranty the convertor should be covered 92 months/80,000. Never had a check engine light come on or any warning, the car was not cutting out or no issues with driving or taking off. It does burn oil faster than oil change due but I can live with that and monitor oil levels.

I see so many complaints with the cars and the same problem with each, I have sent a contact message to Kia.com to let them know the safety issue I had that could of resulted in a very bad situation if the road had been busier like it usually is, I almost got ran over while driving my car that day when it decided to just lose power and "choke" and rpm went high.
